Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• • “Platform” means the Go-Find website, web app, and related services.
• • “User” / “you” means any person using the Platform, including Businesses (job posters) and Contractors (labour providers).
• • “Job” means a work opportunity posted by a Business.
• • “Quote” means a proposal submitted by a Contractor in response to a Job.

2. Eligibility

• • Be at least 18 years old
• • Have a valid ABN (if operating as a business or contractor)
• • Hold relevant trade licences and insurance (where applicable)
• • Provide accurate, complete information during registration

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Services Provided

Go-Find is a labour hire marketplace.

• • Businesses may post Jobs.
• • Contractors may submit Quotes.
• • “Job” means a work opportunity posted by a Business.
• • Businesses and Contractors deal directly with each other to agree on terms, pricing, and payment.

⚠️ Go-Find does not employ Contractors, provide labour services, or guarantee work outcomes. We act only as a digital platform facilitating connections.

4. User Responsibilities

a) Businesses (Job Posters)

• • Provide accurate Job descriptions, scope, location, and timing
• • Review and select Contractors at your own discretion
• • Pay Contractors directly for services performed
• • Comply with all workplace safety, legal, and employment obligations

b) Contractors (Labour Providers)

• • Provide accurate profile information, qualifications, and licensing details
• • Ensure you are legally entitled to perform the work you quote on
• • Deliver work in a professional and timely manner
• • Maintain required insurance (e.g., public liability, workers’ compensation)

5. Fees & Payment

• • Businesses may post Jobs free of charge.
• • Contractors pay an annual subscription fee to access the Platform.
• • Go-Find does not charge commission on Jobs or take responsibility for Job payments.
• • All payments between Businesses and Contractors are handled outside the Platform.

6. Verification & Reviews

• • Contractors may be required to provide documentation (ABN, licences, insurance) for verification.
• • Businesses and Contractors may leave reviews of each other after Job completion.
• • Reviews must be honest and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove offensive or false reviews.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• • Provide false or misleading information
• • Post illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe Jobs
• • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• • Attempt to bypass or misuse the Platform (e.g., scraping data, spamming)
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• • Go-Find provides the Platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, availability of work, or contractor performance.
• • We are not responsible for disputes, payments, or contracts between Businesses and Contractors.
• • Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or the refund of subscription fees (as required under the Australian Consumer Law).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Go-Find and its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• • Your use of the Platform
• • Any breach of these Terms
• • Any dispute between Businesses and Contractors

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• • Breach these Terms
• • Provide false or misleading information
• • Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
